K. Angela Webb
K. Angela Webb is the Chief Administrative Officer for CertusBank. Ms. Webb has responsibility for providing executive direction and oversight for all human capital strategies to include: Compensation, Recruiting, Training and Development, Diversity, Executive Consulting, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Change Management, Cultural Integration and Employee Risk. Additionally, she will manage Marketing, Communications, Community/Public Relations, Customer Analytics, the Philanthropic Foundation and Insurance. Ms. Webb is the former Senior Vice President and Head of Mortgage and Retail Credit Human Resources at Wachovia Corporation. In her role, Ms. Webb managed all human capital nationwide for many consumer businesses. Ms. Webb was involved in developing corporate and division wide HR strategies and execution. Previous experience includes managing several sales and operational functions for the Wachovia Corporation with a focus on bank branches, consumer and small business teams, and the development and implementation of financial scorecards.
