What is an eStatement?
- An eStatement is an electronic version of your regular paper bank statement.

How do eStatements work?
- Enroll for eStatements, and beginning with your next statement cycle, you will receive an email alerting you that your eStatement is available. The simply login to eStatements to view your eStatement.

Are eStatements secure?
- Security is one of the many benefits of eStatements. CertusBank is always concerned about the security of your information and all security precautions have been taken using the latest technology available. eStatements eliminates the possibility of statements being lost or tampered with in the mail. And CertusBank eStatements use 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL).

Do I need any special software to use eStatements?
- No. You need only a computer, internet access and Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website.

How do I sign up for eStatements?
- You can enroll online by clicking here. If you prefer, you may visit any CertusBank location or contact us for assistance in enrollment.

I'm trying to sign up for eStatements and I don't know my zip code +4. What do I do?
- To enroll in eStatements, you need to enter the exact zip code listed on your statement. If your statement does not have a +4, you may enter zeros. If you don't have your statement handy, you may find your zip code + 4 by visiting the United States Postal Service website at www.usps.gov and clicking on Find a ZIP Code. You may call or visit your nearest branch or contact us via email to enroll in eStatements.

I don't remember my password or I can't login to eStatements. What do I do?
- If you've forgotten your eStatement password, click on the Forgot Your Password button on the eStatement login page. If you are having trouble logging in, please verify your login and password. Both your login and your password are case sensitive.

Will I receive eStatements for all my CertusBank accounts?
- You will receive eStatements for the CertusBank accounts that you enroll into eStatements.

Is there a charge for eStatements?
- There is no charge for eStatements.

How will I know when my eStatements are ready?
- You will be notified via email.

How do I view my eStatement once I have been notified it is available?
- Click on the link in your notification email or visit certusbank.com and click on Online Services > eStatements and follow the link to log in to eStatements.

Can I print my eStatements?
- Your eStatement is presented in Adobe Acrobat format. You have the opportunity to view, zoom in, zoom out, search, save, or print any your eStatements.

How long are my eStatements stored online?
- We will retain 18 months of history online from the time you sign up to receive eStatements.

Can I view check images?
- Yes, there is the ability to view check images online.

Can I cancel eStatements and go back to paper statements?
- Yes, you can cancel eStatements and go back to receiving paper statements if you choose.

Will my eStatement look the same as my paper statement?
- Yes, our eStatements will look the same as our paper statements.
